Our Purpose

Technology careers shouldn't depend on where you were born.

Lawrence, MA is one of Massachusetts's most economically challenged cities — approximately 80% Latino, with a large immigrant population. Residents face real barriers to the tech economy: language, cost, lack of networks, and simply never having seen someone like them work in tech.

We believe talent is universal, even when opportunity is not. Cyber Ninja Foundation exists to close that gap — with real training, real mentorship, and real career outcomes.

Our three-phase curriculum takes participants from zero experience to job-ready cybersecurity professionals, aligned with ISC2, EC-Council, CompTIA, and Cisco certifications.
