Cybersecurity and AI Talent Is Everywhere.Access Is Not.
Cyber Ninja Foundation expands access to practical cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and digital-skills education for youth, immigrant families, and adults building new careers. Through hands-on learning, mentorship, and clear pathways forward, we help overlooked talent prepare for the opportunities shaping tomorrow's workforce.
The talent gap is also an access gap.
Cybersecurity and artificial intelligence are creating new opportunities across nearly every industry. Yet access to the education, mentorship, technology, and professional networks needed to enter these fields remains uneven.
Capable people are often excluded before they have the chance to demonstrate what they can do. Cyber Ninja Foundation works to change that by providing practical starting points, responsible instruction, and pathways that learners can understand and pursue.
A practical starting point. Two pathways forward.
Learners begin by building confidence with technology, digital safety, and responsible AI. From there, they can explore cybersecurity or applied AI and automation while developing communication, portfolio, certification-preparation, and career-readiness skills.

A path made clearer for the next person.
Cristian Martinez built a career in technology and cybersecurity without the clear roadmap, mentorship, and professional network he wished had been available when he started. After more than 15 years in the field, he created Cyber Ninja Foundation to make that path clearer for others.
An immigrant from the Dominican Republic, his certifications include CISSP, CEH, CCNA, CND, and Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert. He has delivered youth workshops at Lawrence Public Library, computer-literacy instruction through GLCAC, presentations at local churches, and online internet-safety education for parents and children.
Closing the talent gap starts with access.
The talent needed to meet the growing demand for cybersecurity and AI skills already exists in communities across the country. Cyber Ninja Foundation addresses the access gap through practical education, community-based instruction, mentorship, and clear pathways forward.
