A Mission Built From Lived Experience.

Founded by an immigrant who navigated the barriers to tech firsthand — Cyber Ninja Foundation exists to give others the roadmap, mentorship, and access he had to build entirely on his own.

// Mission

Cyber Ninja Foundation bridges the digital divide by delivering accessible, hands-on technology and cybersecurity education to underserved communities — empowering youth, adults, and immigrant families with the skills, mentorship, and roadmap they need to launch meaningful careers in tech.

// Vision

A future where zip code, immigration status, and economic background no longer determine who gets to participate in the technology economy — where every motivated individual has access to world-class tech training and a community that believes in their potential.

The Human Behind the Mission.

Cristian Martinez is a cybersecurity professional, educator, and community advocate who built his own tech career through persistence, self-education, and real-world experience. As an immigrant who navigated the barriers to tech career entry firsthand, he understands deeply what it means to have the drive but lack the access.

Holding industry-recognized certifications from ISC2, EC-Council, Cisco, and Microsoft, and having worked in enterprise cybersecurity environments, Cristian brings professional credibility and technical depth to everything Cyber Ninja Foundation delivers.

"After seeing the enormous gap between the tech industry's talent needs and the opportunities available to underserved communities, I founded Cyber Ninja Foundation to create the mentorship, training, and access I wished I had — and to prove that talent is universal, even when opportunity is not."

— Cristian Martinez

// NEXT · SCALING

Formalizing & Growing

Seeking first grant funding to hire instructors, formalize curriculum delivery, and expand reach across the Greater Merrimack Valley.

Three barriers keep talented people out of tech.

In Lawrence and communities like it, the gap between potential and opportunity is especially acute.

🚪

Access

Free, high-quality tech training simply doesn't exist in most under-resourced communities. Cost, language barriers, and location keep motivated people out.

🤝

Mentorship

Without seeing someone like you succeed in tech, it's hard to believe you can. Cyber Ninja Foundation provides the role models and guidance that change that.

🗺️

A Clear Roadmap

The path from zero to tech career is opaque if you've never had a guide. Our three-phase curriculum makes that path explicit, achievable, and credential-backed.

Our Core Values

🌐

Equity by Design

Every program decision — curriculum language, delivery location, cost, timing — is made with our community's real barriers in mind.

Practical Over Theoretical

We prioritize hands-on, skills-based learning aligned with real industry certifications — because knowledge only matters if it leads to opportunity.

🏙️

Community-Rooted

We meet people where they are — in libraries, churches, community centers, and online — rather than expecting them to come to us.

📈

Outcomes-Focused

Success means participants gaining certifications and employment — not just attendance numbers. We measure what matters.

Believe in a tech industry that looks like America?

Support Cyber Ninja Foundation — and help prove that where you come from doesn't have to determine where you end up.
