Closing the Cybersecurity and AI Talent Gap Starts With Access.

The demand for cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and digital skills continues to grow. The talent needed to meet that demand already exists in communities across the country, but access to education, mentorship, technology, and professional networks remains uneven.

Cyber Ninja Foundation addresses that gap through practical education, community-based instruction, responsible technology training, mentorship, and clear pathways into further education and technology careers.

Community roots

Local experience. Broader relevance.

Cyber Ninja Foundation is rooted in Lawrence, Massachusetts, where its programs respond to barriers experienced by immigrant families, youth, parents, and adults building new careers. The challenges visible in Lawrence are not unique to one city. Communities across the country face similar gaps in technology access, professional networks, digital confidence, and exposure to cybersecurity and AI careers.

The Foundation is building a community-based model that can grow through institutional partnerships, online education, bilingual programming, and responsible expansion.
