Donation Policy

Cyber Ninja Foundation Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. EIN: 39-3141778. IRS determination: August 2025. Contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please consult your tax adviser regarding your individual circumstances.

How gifts are used

Your support strengthens instruction, technology access, program delivery, responsible administration, and the systems required to grow the Foundation sustainably. Donations support instructors, workshop materials, technology access, certification preparation for learners, and community workshop delivery. You may designate your gift to a specific program or to the General Fund.

Designations

When you designate a gift to a specific program, we will use it for that purpose. If a program is fully funded, changed, delayed, or discontinued, we may redirect gifts to a closely related program or to the General Fund, and we will communicate that change clearly.

Acknowledgment

You will receive a donation acknowledgment. If you need a formal receipt for tax purposes, contact us after giving.

Refunds

If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 30 days. We will review the request on a case by case basis.
